Desa Adat is one of the traditional institutions in Bali. Based on a survey and interview Pakraman Sesetan gives proof that mail management archiving are still done conventionally. This research’s purpose to build system can increase management’s efficiency Adat. Android-based application allows its user do from anywhere anytime with phone-optimized interface. System developed using Flutter Framework front-end side Laravel back-end side. testing by Blackbox Method PSSUQ Method. testing’s result fact system’s functionality already runs well. has been declared good.
